Our operations team and legal team are working together to draft a contract with Mexico on wo different issues. One is that, as a company, we cannot oblige with all the conditions set forth by the Mexican workers; however, we are willing to increase minimum wage salaries and provide health care, but not provide tuituion for all 250 children.

They are also working to make sure that our processing facility is located on the east coast of Mexico - not Mexicali as was proposed as it is a highly inconvenient and inefficient location. If that pivotal condition is not able to be fuldilled , we are setting a back up plan to move our processing facility to the Dominican Republic/ Puerto Rico areas, where we aldreay distribute our products to. Consecutively, are finiacing team is working hard to ensure there is enough funding to cover all the expenses of increased salaries, transportation of goods, and overall economic validity of our company.
